When someone tells you they CRAWS, it means they're having a forgetful day. (Or year. Or life.) This acronym is an emphatic extension of CRS (sometimes said to stand for "can't remember stuff," but often used to mean something more crass).
Typically, people use CRAWS when their inability to remember something has made them upset. OTOH, people who have accepted that they are naturally forgetful may use CRAWS to remind you of that fact.
